Thai Cooking?
I would like to buy a gift for someone who is really into Thai Cooking. Can you lot recommend anything? If you are recommending a cookery book, please could you let me know which one.
The most essential thing is the spices. They are used kind of differently in Thai cooking to sort of everyone else! And they are also absolutely excellent!!
They are not used so much to 'flavour' the dish, more to set off little culinary
